POSITION SUMMARY:  Marketing Coordinator  (Medford)

Become a part of our Marketing team! The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the Marketing Officer, bank management and departments to develop a wide range of marketing concepts and objectives, materials and advertising programs, and develop and organize promotions and special events.  You will be actively involved with the bank’s website and related social media, customer and community communications through electronic channels. 

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:      

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, graphic arts or related field is preferred, or minimum of three years in a business marketing department
  • Prior bank marketing experience is a plus, but not required

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
  • Experience/willingness to learn market research and analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and organizational skills
  • Advertising and design, project management skills
  • Must be able to travel to branch offices or vendors as needed
