POSITION SUMMARY: TELLER/ SAVINGS REPRESENTATIVE (Phillips)

Become a part of our banking team!  Time Federal’s savings representatives are responsible for serving the daily banking needs of our customers. You will also guide them in the process of opening new accounts along the way to building positive customer relationships!

This position is full-time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous banking or office bookkeeping/customer service experience preferred, but not required.¬† We will train the selected candidate.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Friendly, professional customer service skills and attitude
  • Effective communication skills to develop good working relationships with co-workers and customers
  • Maintain the integrity of highly confidential information
  • Identify customer needs to suggest appropriate products and services
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer on a daily basis
  • Proficient reading, writing and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient clerical, processing, and computer skills with attention to detail
  • Maintain professional workplace appearance and conduct
  • Must be reliable and punctual

POSITION SUMMARY:  DATA PROCESSOR (Medford)

Become a part of our banking team!  Time Federal’s Data Processing representatives serve the needs of our customers by providing excellent service as the call center for account information & support.  They also process daily transactions and provide assistance for all of our bank locations.

This position is full-time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:        

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of previous banking in data processing, accounting, or bookkeeping with strong customer service skills ¬†preferred

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Be detail oriented for daily posting, balancing, file maintenance and file processing
  • Be customer service oriented and possess exceptional communication and telephone skills for assisting customers and staff
  • Possess good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Possess above average keyboarding, computer, and 10 key calculator skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and cooperatively as a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Be able to write or print legibly
  • Maintain confidential information

POSITION SUMMARY: TELLER/ SAVINGS REPRESENTATIVE (Medford)

Position is full-time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:       

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience with cash handling or retail sales experience preferred
  • Previous financial institution customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the selected candidate.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Effective communication skills to develop good working relationships with co-workers and customers
