Become a part of our banking team! Time Federal’s savings representatives are responsible for serving the daily banking needs of our customers. You will also guide them in the process of opening new accounts along the way to building strong customer relationships!

Education & Experience:      

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience with cash handling or retail sales experience preferred
  • Previous financial institution customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the selected candidate.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Friendly, professional customer service skills and attitude
  • Effective communication skills to develop good working relationships with co-workers and customers
  • Maintain the integrity of highly confidential information
  • Identify customer needs to suggest appropriate products and services
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer on a daily basis
  • Proficient reading, writing and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient clerical, processing, and computer skills with attention to detail
  • Participate in training and appropriate professional development
  • Maintain professional workplace appearance and conduct
  • Must be reliable and punctual
