Mortgage Loan Originator (Eau Claire) 
Our Eau Claire Office currently has an opportunity for a professional individual to fill the role of Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).  This position is responsible for the origination of mortgage loans as well as conducting loan closings and ensuring the accuracy of files while following regulatory compliance standards.  The MLO will be responsible for developing new business by building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, builders/contractors, and other organizations in the community.    

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Three or more years of experience in banking, customer service, sales, or related field.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Be sales and customer service oriented.
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and privacy.
  • Excellent problem-prevention and problem-solving skills; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and implement solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly, both orally and written.

Savings Leader (Medford)

Our Medford Office currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Savings Leader.  This position will coordinate and supervise all aspects of frontline operations within the branch ensuring daily activities of the Savings Representatives are performed in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner. Responsible for ensuring customers receive fast, friendly service and that common courtesies are extended to every customer.  Directly supervises savings reps, trains staff, is knowledgeable of policies and procedures, and makes judgment decisions.  The Savings Leader in coordination with the Branch Manager is responsible for the integrity of the branch office.  Responsible for continued development of staff and assists with achieving branch goals.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent.  Post high school technical training or continuing education.  Bank teller, New Accounts Rep/Personal Banker, and Retail sales experience. Prior supervisory/leadership experience.
