Performs all duties associated with the Commercial Lender position in originating, underwriting and closing secured and unsecured commercial loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies and procedures. Establishes, maintains and maximizes relationships with existing and potential customers. Strives to achieve profitable loan growth, deposit growth, and fee income. Ensures that credit quality guidelines are met/monitored.
The Call Center Associate is responsible for handling inbound calls in a timely manner. Responsibilities include identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives to customer inquiries.
Loan Servicing is responsible for all aspects of residential mortgage loans after origination, including moving the documents to secure storage in the core system, monitoring and collecting post-closing documents, and servicing the loan. This position is also responsible for assisting the Collection Manager with various tasks as needed to complete assignments.
The Retail Coordinator responsibilities include the overall day-to-day retail operations of the branch. This includes assuring the branch operates within all policies and procedures adopted by the Board of Directors. Position responsibilities include scheduling, supervising and providing work direction to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). It is important that bankers provide the best customer experience in retail products and services. Customers expect professionalism, accurate information as well as courteous, efficient service.
The Retail Coordinator is a working supervisor who is responsible for performing customer service functions, including handling any complex customer concerns.
Additionally, this person will make certain that retail staff are trained to provide customers with information about other bank products and services, with cross-sales and referrals to other departments. The Retail Coordinator will support and be involved in the sales promotions and helping obtain new customers and deepen the relationships with existing customers.
Loan Processors are responsible for assisting all bank loan officers in performing loan preparation, review, documentation, coordinating the loan closing in a timely manner, and ensuring all documents are signed properly, disbursing the loan and booking it into core system. The Loan Processors will prepare and review all documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for loan products before lender review.
The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for the origination of mortgage loans as well as conducting loan closings, ensure the accuracy of his/her files while following regulatory compliance standards. Is responsible for developing new business by building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, builders/contractors, centers of influence, and other organizations in the community.
The Customer Service Representative – 2 responsibility is to help deepen customer relationships, attract additional customers and improve customer service.
This position is primarily responsible for assisting with opening new deposits, selling additional products to customers and prospects and supporting the overall sales efforts of the bank. This will include teller services as well as helping customers with problem resolution, maintenance changes and opening and closing safe deposit boxes.
This position will also be responsible for completing sales activities to help attract new customers. These duties will include originating letters to be sent to customers and prospects, soliciting banking relationships, developing prospect lists, and other tasks as requested by the Retail Coordinator.
The Customer Service Representative – 3 is part of the bank’s retail/consumer loan department. The primary responsibility is to help deepen customer relationships, attract additional customers and provide excellent customer service.
This position is responsible for originating consumer loans and includes making credit decisions (within authority guidelines), overall credit quality, and fee income. In addition, this position will be responsible for opening new deposit accounts, including checking, savings and certificates of deposit and IRAs. As needed this position may be called on to support teller activity during peak times.
This position will also be responsible for completing sales activities to help attract new customers. These duties will include originating letters to be sent to customers and prospects, soliciting banking relationships, developing prospect lists, and other tasks as requested by the Retail Coordinator or Retail Manager.
