Temporary Data Processor / Receptionist Position  (Medford)

Our Medford Office currently has an opportunity for a temporary six month role as Data Processor / Receptionist. This position would be responsible for performing daily operations which support functions of the core processing system, working on special projects, and providing telephone assistance to customers and other Time Federal locations.

This position is temporary/full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.   
  • Ideal candidates will have banking experience in data processing, accounting, or bookkeeping with strong customer service skills and attention to detail.   

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and privacy
  • Attention to detail, well organized, and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to effectively manage time as related to daily tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Proficient computer skills: programs including, but not limited to MS Office, MS Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Mortgage Loan Officer (Eau Claire)
Our Eau Claire Office currently has an opportunity for a professional individual to fill the role of Loan Officer.  This position is a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at every contact with both new and long term customers.  Our Loan Officers work with applicants at all stages of the home lending process, from pre-approval through closing, to forge lasting relationships and continued service for our customer’s future needs.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

  • Prefer experience as a loan officer, bank real estate lender, or title closing agent.
  • Recent two or four year graduates in accounting, finance or business are also encouraged to apply - we will train if you are the right candidate for us

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Be sales and customer service oriented
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understand and promote bank lending and deposit services
  • Operate in compliance with regulations and bank policies
  • Have strong organizational skills and work well under deadlines
  • Ability to work well independently and cooperatively as a team
  • Possess or be willing to obtain insurance license
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and a strong sense of discretion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
