Position Summary

The Collections Manager is responsible to oversee collections operations, serve as the subject matter expert, develop and administer the collection program. Project Manager - Medford Office

Time Federal Savings Bank; Medford Office, has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and team oriented professional to join us as Project Manager. The Project Manager position is for planning, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and management of all projects within the bank. Responsible for providing guidance, direction, motivation and leadership to ensure projects are executed in a timely, high quality and cost-effective manner while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the Project Manager should continually assess the business needs and solutions to ensure the project is managed in terms of scope, time, cost and quality.

Position is Monday-Friday, full time

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates and leads teams on the successful execution and implementation of projects.
  • Promotes and advocates a collaborative team environment by coaching and mentoring colleagues focusing on leveraging colleague strengths.
  • Develops detailed project plans, as well as manage and transparently report on project status and ensure timely completion of special project assignments that vary in scope and level of responsibility while quickly adapting to changing requirements.
  • Oversees the ongoing review of project(s) status; identifies risks and developments, recommends and implements solutions as appropriate.
  • Controls projects through the use of project plans.
  • Methodically plans, analyzes and schedules multiple interrelated tasks and / or initiatives based upon their value, scope, schedule and resource requirements.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues as needed.
  • Defines and oversees required research and analytical tasks to define project requirements, achieve project objectives, acquire data, and ensure high quality execution.
  • Analyzes requests for feasibility and cost benefit.
  • Chairs various project review and pre-submittal meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from four-year college or university, 3+ years bank operations experience and 3+ years supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and a strong sense of discretion
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Information Technology Manager - Medford Office

Our Medford Office has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and team oriented professional to join us as IT Manager. The IT Manager position is responsible for all current bank technology and for leading IT strategic and operational planning initiatives to achieve business goals and increase efficiency. This position will plan, coordinate, direct and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department. This position will also define and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices.

The IT Manager will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

Position is Monday-Friday, full time

IT Manager Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and adjust as necessary the bank’s IT strategic plan
  • Investigate new technology and make recommendations to management
  • Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and system requirements for new technology implementations.
  • Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services. 
  • Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry and advise and educate executives on bank impact
  • Responsible for the management of the core system, as well as subsystem, such as Internet banking and imaging.
  • Responsible, in connection with the bank’s ISO, for the development, implementation, and daily operations of the bank’s Information Security Program. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of information management policy, systems and technology.
  • Manage financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review. 
  • Oversees the vendor management program
  • Will be responsible for making certain appropriate policies and procedures are in place, and that staff have been trained on the policies and procedures.
  • Offer the proper training for new employees; set and measure performance standards; provide feedback as warranted, both positive and negative.
  • Participate in special projects or assignments as necessary.
  • Approve and oversee projects and project portfolio. 
  • Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions. 
  • Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer and consultant contracts and service agreements. 

IT Manger Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years’ experience in a senior IT management position.Bank operations and project management experience a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to varied individuals at all organizational levels
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and a strong sense of discretion
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of diverse computer systems and networks including virtual servers, Microsoft operating systems, and terminal server environment.
  • Possess knowledge of internet security/viruses and data privacy principles.
  • Possess knowledge of IP phone systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and effectively manage time as related to daily tasks
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions

Our Phillips Office currently has an opportunity for a professional individual to fill the role of Commercial Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Office.  This position is responsible for underwriting, conducting loan closings and must ensure the accuracy of his/her files while following regulatory compliance standards.  Responsible for profitable loan growth, deposit growth, and fee income. Ensures that credit quality guidelines are met and monitored. Is also responsible for developing new business by building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, builders/contractors, centers of influence, and other organizations in the community.   

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Commercial Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Office Education & Experience:

Associates or 4 year college degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent and have three or more years of mortgage or commercial loan origination experience.

Commercial Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Office Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be knowledgeable of Time Federal’s commercial and residential lending process from origination to closing.
  • Be knowledgeable of various loan types and programs available to borrowers.
  • Understand banking regulations.
  • Maximizes new and existing customer relationships by cross selling key deposit/fee income products/services as customer needs dictate.
  • Work with loan origination software to input customer information.
  • Understand the loan process and paperwork involved.
  • Understand and promote bank lending and deposit services.
  • Meet individual sales goals as well as assist with bank and branch goals.
  • Maintains a portfolio of existing customers and maximizes relationship based on customer needs. Gathers and oversees compilation of all needed information for loan applications. Works in tandem with Credit Administration to request appraisals, applicant credit reports, background checks, reference checks, and other information pertinent to evaluation of loan applications. Corresponds with or interviews applicants or creditors to resolve questions and negotiate deal.
  • Review and update loan files
  • Compute payment and amortization schedules
  • Be active in the community by joining clubs or assisting organizations
