Teller/Savings Representative (Wausau)

Looking for friendly, professional, service oriented individual to become part of our growing Wausau team! The Savings Representative is responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs by performing teller transactions, opening and closing accounts, addressing questions and concerns, and recommending bank products and services that best suit the customer’s needs.  This position promotes business for the bank by delivering a first-class customer service experience to the customers, and by referring customers to appropriate staff when necessary.

Full time position Monday - Friday.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience with cash handling or retail sales experience preferred.
  • Previous financial institution customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the selected candidate.

Technical Analyst

This position provides expertise in the design, implementation and support of systems throughout Time Federal Savings Bank, focusing on the automation of operational processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.  This position will be responsible for day-to-day operations and management of the enterprise content management system and related components including indexing, storage, security and workflow.

Position is Monday-Friday, full time.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in IT system administration
  • Ability to manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations and a continuously changing environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Works well in a team environment and is flexible to changing demands
  • Above average Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills required
  • Experience with implementation and support of electronic document management systems in a financial institution setting, specifically OnBase is a plus.
  • Business process improvement experience is a plus.
  • Project management skills a plus
