Deposit Operations Specialist (Medford)

The Deposit Operations Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of support to Deposit Operations Manager and all other Bank departments. In particular, this position is responsible for monitoring and processing all items related to the Deposit Operations of the Bank.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent.   3-5 years banking experience in data processing, accounting, or bookkeeping with strong customer service skills.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and privacy.  Employees are required to observe the strictest confidentiality in regard to any customer or bank information they become privilege to during their employment and to maintain this confidentiality after their employment ceases. 
  • Attention to detail, well organized, and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to effectively manage one’s time to complete work according to established deadlines.  The ability to prioritize tasks to make the best use of time for high priority tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly, both orally and written.

Deposit Operations Manager (Medford)

The Deposit Operations Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, planning, and operation of Deposit Operations.  Responsible for managing & performing a variety of accounting and data processing processes in operations.  Directly manages Deposit Operations Specialists. Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and bank experience. Work experience should include exposure to various operational areas of banking.

Loan Servicing Manager (Medford)

Our Medford Office currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Loan Servicing Manager.  This position will be responsible for completing and overseeing loan servicing duties related to mortgage, consumer, and commercial loans within core system such as booking loans, review payments, balancing general ledger accounts, monitoring policies, and analyzing and resolving issues. This includes all maintenance, accurately processing payoffs and escrows, and maintaining data on the system.  This position provides training to staff on all processes in the department as well as assist in training other bank staff as a loan servicing subject matter expert. This position also manages all procedures, researches requests and completes and/or assigns requests.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of post-secondary education.

Three (+) years of experience in Loan Servicing and Operations.

Information Security Officer (Medford)

Our Medford Office currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Information Security Officer.  This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the information security and physical security activities bank-wide.  Will be responsible for the ongoing management of information security policies, procedures, and technical systems in order to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all organizational information systems; ensures that modern information security measures are in place and that these measures are appropriately implemented, administered, monitored, and changed in response to business conditions; investigates and reports all information security violations and physical security violations; coordinates and tests disaster recovery programs; and trains employees and staff according to bank policy and regulations.

Participate in timely responses to regulatory exams and internal audits requests. Stay apprised of regulatory matters and developments through reading, research, and training through online webinars and conferences when appropriate.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

  • Four year degree in computer science, related field, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years of recent, consistent hands-on experience with modern technologies.
  • Experience with information systems, computer science, information security, data security, and network security
  • Current information security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional or Certified Information Security Manager would be a plus.
