Digital Marketing Coordinator (Medford Office)

Our Medford Office currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator.  The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, researching and establishing the bank web presence, including social media, online advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, creating web materials and how it relates to providing a great customer experience.  The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist with developing marketing concepts, design marketing and advertising materials, product promotion, and materials for internal and external events to assist the marketing team and objectives.

Position is Monday-Friday, full time

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing or related field is preferred or minimum three years in business marketing department.
  • Prior bank marketing experience a plus, but not required.

Call Center Supervisor (Wausau or Medford Office)  


Time Federal Savings Bank currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Call Center Supervisor in our Wausau or Medford Office.  This position is responsible for managing and training the call center team in performing their duties providing accurate, efficient, and professional service to customers.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday. 

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required
  • Three or more years of experience in call center role with strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience performing training, workforce planning, or quality assurance is a plus.
  • Experience in banking with product knowledge is preferred.
  • Must have a strong service delivery background, positive attitude with excellent customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Loan Origination Systems Administrator (Medford Office)

Our Medford Office has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and team oriented professional to join our team as a Loan Origination Systems Administrator.   Responsibilities include day-to-day operations and management of the loan origination systems including consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the consumer, commercial or mortgage loan origination process, with previous experience administering a loan origination system, or experience as a loan officer or processor with strong technical aptitude.

Position is Monday-Friday, Full Time

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in business.
  • 1-2 years of experience administering a loan origination system or 3-5 years of experience as a loan officer or loan processor, with technical aptitude.
  • Ability to manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations and a continuously changing environment
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage loan origination/processing projects from concept to completion, including:  vetting project ideas, gathering requirements, system design, managing tasks assigned to external vendors, end-user training, system documentation and support
  • Administer the daily operations of the loan origination systems by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Generate all necessary loan reports using Business Objects software.
  • Configure the mortgage origination system including workflows, reports, custom forms, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand, document, and clearly communicate business processes to internal teams and/or stakeholders.
  • Facilitates the resolution of problems occurring with any aspect of the loan origination system and coordinates with management, IT, and vendors to resolve problems, as well as, provide technical support for institution staff.
  • Provide education and training to staff related to loan origination systems and related applications
  • Apply and maintain system security
  • Effectively escalate system-related issues to other members of IT and/or vendor as appropriate. Follow through to resolution.
  • Develop and manage the implementation of disaster recovery plans in the event of a disaster or emergency.

IT Technician (Medford Office)

Our Medford Office has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and team oriented professional to join us as an IT Technician.   The IT Technician position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software within the Bank’s six offices. The IT Technician will also be the main point of contact for employees who are experiencing computer issues.  As a computer technician, you must be well versed in computer systems and network functions.

Position is Monday-Friday, full time

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in informational technology field with 2-3 years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.    
  • Previous experience in a bank or financial services company desired.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to varied individuals at all organizational levels

  • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel

  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment

Mortgage Loan Originator (Wausau Office)


Our Wausau Office currently has an opportunity for a professional individual to fill the role of Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).  This position is responsible for the origination of mortgage loans as well as conducting loan closings and ensuring the accuracy of files while following regulatory compliance standards.  The MLO will be responsible for developing new business by building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, builders/contractors, and other organizations in the community.    

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Three or more years of experience in banking, customer service, sales, or related field.

Deposit Operations Manager (Medford Office)

The Deposit Operations Manager has direct oversight and management responsibility for Deposit Operations. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain all procedures for systems/products in Deposit Operations
  • Execute day-to-day operations and system needs in the Deposit Operations Department.  Works with staff to re-engineer  operational tasks to maximize efficiencies
  • Conduct Deposit Operations Specialists training, planning, assigning, and directing work.  Ensure that the team’s service behaviors contribute to the bank’s overall strategy for the customer experience.
  • Manage Deposit Operations Specialists schedules and approve time sheets. 
  • Conduct performance reviews; provide coaching and disciplinary actions with staff.
  • Conduct regular department meetings.
  • Participate in interviewing for open positions in Deposit Operations.
  • Participate in bank-wide activities related to hardware/software conversions or new product implementations.
  • Compile regular and special reports as required by bank and government regulations.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely escalation of vendor production issues.
  • Develop an effective network of communication within the operations team and with key working units to ensure shared knowledge and understanding of business activities.
  • Encourage/develop teamwork to participate in bank wide activities.
  • Complete/process required IRS (government) reporting, including year-end activities.
  • Complete IOLTA annual registration and quarterly reporting
  • Assist with internal and external audits, exams, and follow up
  • Coordinate with Deposit Compliance for all department activities.
  • Manage deposit account maintenance. 

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Deposit Operations Manager Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and bank experience.
  • 5+ years banking experience in various operational areas preferred
