Mortgage Loan Officer (Wausau)
Our Wausau Office currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Loan Officer.  This position is a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at every contact with both new and long-term customers.  Our Loan Officers work with applicants at all stages of the home lending process, from pre-approval through closing, to forge lasting relationships and continued service for our customer’s future needs.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

  • Prefer experience as a loan officer, bank real estate lender, or title closing agent.
  • Recent two or four year graduates in accounting, finance or business are also encouraged to apply - we will train if you are the right candidate for us
  • A current or previous insurance license is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Be sales and customer service oriented
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understand and promote bank lending and deposit services
  • Operate in compliance with regulations and bank policies
  • Have strong organizational skills and work well under deadlines

Marketing Coordinator

This position will be responsible for working with the development and implementation of advertising and marketing projects, promotional activities and communications, and include coordinating marketing functions and special events, assisting with the development of advertising and promotional materials, digital marketing, website and social media.

Position is Monday-Friday, full time

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is required
  • Minimum three years of marketing experience in financial institution
  • Prior Digital Marketing experience
  • Strong Project Management and creative development experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, and organization skills
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite

Electronic Content Management (ECM) System Administrator

This position is responsible for day-to-day operations and management of the ECM system and related components. These responsibilities include working with team members to implement, develop, manage, troubleshoot, perform updates, coordinate server maintenance and work with various teams in IT to ensure a stable environment. This position oversees all document management activities including indexing, storage, security and workflow. This position will also work with internal customers to develop and maintain new solutions to meet business needs and increase process efficiency.

Position is Monday-Friday, full time

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in IT system administration
  • Ability to manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations and a continuously changing environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Works well in a team environment and is flexible to changing demands
  • Above average Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills required
  • Experience with implementation and support of electronic document management systems in a financial institution setting, specifically OnBase is a plus.
  • Business process improvement experience is a plus.
  • Project management skills a plus
