Loan Processor (Medford)

Our Medford Office currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Loan Processor.  The Loan Processors are responsible for assisting all bank loan officers in performing loan preparation, review, documentation, coordinating the loan closing in a timely manner, and ensuring all documents are signed properly, disbursing the loan and booking it into core system.  The Loan Processors will prepare and review all documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for loan products before lender review.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

Minimum two year degree in business related field.  Two/three years of bank loan processing or title experience preferred.  Previous financial institution customer service experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and privacy.  Employees are required to observe the strictest confidentiality in regard to any customer or bank information they become privilege to during their employment and to maintain this confidentiality after their employment ceases. 
  • Excellent problem-prevention and problem-solving skills; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and implement solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly, both orally and written. 
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to effectively manage one’s time to complete work according to established deadlines.  The ability to prioritize tasks to make the best use of time for high priority tasks.

Part Time Bank Teller (Owen)

Our Owen Office currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Part Time Bank Teller.  The Part Time Bank Teller is responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs by performing teller transactions, addressing questions and concerns, and recommending bank products and services that best suit their needs. 

Part time position Monday – Friday (25-28 hours a week)

Education and Experience:

  • High school or equivalent education
  • Previous customer service experience with cash handling or retail sales experience preferred.
  • Previous financial institution customer service experience is a plus.

Information Security Officer (Medford)

Our Medford Office currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Information Security Officer.  This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the information security and physical security activities bank-wide.  Will be responsible for the ongoing management of information security policies, procedures, and technical systems in order to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all organizational information systems; ensures that modern information security measures are in place and that these measures are appropriately implemented, administered, monitored, and changed in response to business conditions; investigates and reports all information security violations and physical security violations; coordinates and tests disaster recovery programs; and trains employees and staff according to bank policy and regulations.

Participate in timely responses to regulatory exams and internal audits requests. Stay apprised of regulatory matters and developments through reading, research, and training through online webinars and conferences when appropriate.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Education & Experience:

  • Four year degree in computer science, related field, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years of recent, consistent hands-on experience with modern technologies.
  • Experience with information systems, computer science, information security, data security, and network security
  • Current information security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional or Certified Information Security Manager would be a plus.

  • Excellent problem-prevention and problem-solving skills; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and implement solutions.
  • Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly, both orally and written.  Must be able to communicate throughout the organization and to all levels of staff and all customers.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving, possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals and groups at all organization levels
