Savings Representative (Medford Office)

Our Medford Office currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Savings Representative (Bank Teller).  The Savings Representative is responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs by performing teller transactions, opening and closing accounts, addressing questions and concerns, and recommending bank products and services that best suit their needs.  This position promotes business for the bank by delivering a first-class customer service experience to our customers and by referring them to appropriate staff when necessary. 

Full time position Monday – Friday

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience with cash handling or retail sales experience preferred.
  • Previous financial institution customer service experience is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with achieving branch goals.
  • Maintain, and close all types of accounts.  Address customer questions or concerns, and resolve account related problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote bank products and services by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services to solidify and enhance customer account relationships.      
  • Perform teller duties including maintaining a cash drawer, organizing, balancing, and scanning daily transactions.  Accept and process deposit account transactions and loan payments.  Cash checks.  Record and process night deposit and mail transactions.  Issue bank checks and sell gift cards. 
  • Assist customers with safe deposit boxes.
  • Provide information, complete customer transactions, and handle other requests or inquiries in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Acquire and continually improve knowledge of all products and services.
  • Maintain Customer Service Standards by facilitating a welcoming and customer focused environment

Commercial Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Officer (Phillips Office)  

Our Phillips Office currently has an opportunity for a professional individual to fill the role of Commercial Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Office.  This position is responsible for underwriting, conducting loan closings and must ensure the accuracy of his/her files while following regulatory compliance standards.  Responsible for profitable loan growth, deposit growth, and fee income. Ensures that credit quality guidelines are met and monitored. Is also responsible for developing new business by building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, builders/contractors, centers of influence, and other organizations in the community.   

This position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Commercial Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Office Education & Experience:

Associates or 4 year college degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent and have three or more years of mortgage or commercial loan origination experience.

Commercial Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Office Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be knowledgeable of Time Federal’s commercial and residential lending process from origination to closing.
  • Be knowledgeable of various loan types and programs available to borrowers.
  • Understand banking regulations.
  • Maximizes new and existing customer relationships by cross selling key deposit/fee income products/services as customer needs dictate.
  • Work with loan origination software to input customer information.
  • Understand the loan process and paperwork involved.
  • Understand and promote bank lending and deposit services.
  • Meet individual sales goals as well as assist with bank and branch goals.
  • Maintains a portfolio of existing customers and maximizes relationship based on customer needs. Gathers and oversees compilation of all needed information for loan applications. Works in tandem with Credit Administration to request appraisals, applicant credit reports, background checks, reference checks, and other information pertinent to evaluation of loan applications. Corresponds with or interviews applicants or creditors to resolve questions and negotiate deal.
  • Review and update loan files
  • Compute payment and amortization schedules

Our Owen Office currently has an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of Part Time Bank Teller.  The Part Time Bank Teller is responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs by performing teller transactions, addressing questions and concerns, and recommending bank products and services that best suit their needs. 

Part time position Monday – Friday (18-20 hours a week)

IT Technician (Medford Office)

Our Medford Office has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and team oriented professional to join us as an IT Technician.   The IT Technician position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software within the Bank’s six offices. The IT Technician will also be the main point of contact for employees who are experiencing computer issues.  As a computer technician, you must be well versed in computer systems and network functions.

Position is Monday-Friday, full time

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in informational technology field with 2-3 years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.    
  • Previous experience in a bank or financial services company desired.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to varied individuals at all organizational levels

  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
