Down Payment Plus

Through the Downpayment Plus® Program*, up to $6,000 may be available to eligible homebuyers in 2019 to use toward down payment and closing costs. Ask one of our loan officers today about the Downpayment Plus Program to see if you are eligible.

Homebuyers must meet income eligibility requirements and:

  • Contribute at least $1,000 to the purchase of the home
  • Participate in pre-purchase homebuyer counseling
  • Live in the home as your primary residence

FDIC Money Smart

The CBI (computer based instruction) features a game-based learning design and separate learning tracks for adults and young adults. The adult learning track features the 11 modules in the Money Smart curriculum for adults. Topics include a description of deposit and credit services offered by financial institutions, choosing and maintaining a checking account, spending plans, the importance of saving, how to obtain and use credit effectively, and the basics of building or repairing credit.

The young adult learning track (for those age 13 and older) features the eight modules in the Money Smart for Young Adults curriculum to learn the basics of handling their money and finances, including how to create positive relationships with financial institutions.

You may choose from the Adult or Young Adult course options after registering and logging in.
