How do I enroll in Online Banking?
You can enroll in personal or business Online Banking by going to our home page and selecting “New User Signup” within the Online Banking login area or click here. After you go through the enrollment process, you will receive a temporary user ID and password in the mail 3-5 business days after you enroll.
What do I do with the temporary user ID and password?
Go to our home page and enter the information in the Online Banking login area. This will take you through the process of creating your own user ID, password and security questions.
What advantages are there for using Online Banking?
As an Online Banking user with Time Federal Savings Bank, you can:
- Check your account balances
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Set up recurring transfers from one account to another
- Reorder checks
- Set up alerts for low balances or reminders for bill payments
- Enroll in Bill Pay (personal checking accounts only)
Can I send a message to the bank through Online Banking?
Yes, using our secure bank mail service that is available from within your Online Banking account.
Are there limitations on how often I can transfer funds in Online Banking?
Yes, transfer limitations apply to the Passbook Savings account. Federal regulations permit only six withdrawals not done in person each month. This includes:
- Phone transfers
- Telephone banking transfers
- Automatic payments
- Online transfers from your savings account to another account
Who is Business Online Banking available for?
All businesses or entities EXCEPT for those operating as a sole proprietor (doing business as) should enroll for Online Banking using the Business Enrollment Form. Sole proprietors should use the Personal Enrollment Form.
How do I sign up?
It's easy! Simply notify us of your request through the Services Application Form or contact one of our locations to complete and return an enrollment form. We will contact you when you are set up for TIME-24-Access Telephone Banking with the necessary information.
How do I begin to use telephone banking?
The first time you use the telephone banking system, you will need to know your account number and then establish a PIN (personal identification number) with the use of the last four digits of the social security number of the primary accountholder. Once you create a PIN you can begin to make transactions.
What accounts may I access?
You may obtain account information from your own checking, savings, or loan accounts. You can also transfer funds between your personal accounts as well as obtain bank information regarding all six locations. You will receive a confirmation number after each call to confirm your transactions.
What if I have a question while I am using TIME-24-Access?
For system instructions say "Instructions" or for assistance at any time you may press zero or say "Operator".
What if I forgot my PIN?
Please call the home office at 1 800-205-0914 during business hours if you forget or need to change your PIN.
What if my card is lost or stolen?

How do I redeem my ScoreCard Bonus Points?
Go to mycardstatement.com to login or create an account or call Scorecard 24 Hour Customer Service at 1 800-854-0790. The 24 Hour Customer Service is closed on major holidays.
How do I sign up for an electronic statement?
Go to mycardstatement.com to create an online account for statements and redeem Scorecard Bonus Points.
Here are some guidelines for the VISA® Gift Card:
- Minimum purchase amount $10.00, Maximum $500.00
- $3.00 fee per card purchase
- Cards are Non-reloadable
- Recipient must sign card before using
- When making a purchase, enter "credit" not debit
- Monthly inactivity fee of $2.95 after 12 consecutive months of inactivity
- Lost/stolen replacement card fee of $5
- NOT FOR INTERNATIONAL USE: All new and existing Gift Cards will be limited for use only in the United States (including extensions such as US military bases) and its territories: Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Guam.

Can I be pre-approved for a home loan?
Yes- We do pre-approvals for home purchase and construction loans. Contact a loan officer at our nearest branch and they can get the process started for you.
What do I need to make a loan application?
You will need to complete a mortgage loan application form, provide us with your last two years W2's and recent paycheck stubs, a photo ID and make a small deposit for a credit report. More information may be requested once the application process gets started.
What is required for a down payment?
We require as little as 3% down for qualified purchase loans. Loans with less than 20% down may require the purchase of private mortgage insurance. We do offer loans for as little as 10% down with no private mortgage insurance requirements to qualified buyers. Check with a loan officer for details.
How much will you charge for closing costs?
Typically our closing costs total about $1,300 and that includes all bank fees, your appraisal and all out of pocket costs. If you have less than a 20% down payment you may also need to purchase private mortgage insurance.
How long will it take to process my loan application?
Generally, it will take three to six weeks.
Do you sell your home loans on the secondary market?
No. Time Federal Savings Bank has not sold their home loans to the secondary market in the past and does not plan to sell them in the future. You will work with one loan officer through the entire application, approval, and closing process.
Change to the New Chip Cards
All new Time Federal Savings Bank debit and credit cards issued during the renewal process or upon request will have the new chip technology to enhance the security of the card usage for our customers.
Why the change to chip cards?
Chip cards are also known as EMV cards, which stands for Europay, Mastercard and Visa. These cards have a special chip within that:
- Provides more security of sensitive card and cardholder information.
- Reduces the credit card fraud resulting from counterfeit, lost and stolen cards.
- Provides more security while traveling in and outside the United States.
- Allows joint account holders to have their own individual cards and PIN
What does a chip card look like?
These cards look the same in size and shape, as your current card, but you will see a chip on the front of the card and a magnetic stripe on the back.
What does a chip-enabled terminal look like?
In addition to the magnetic stripe reader, chip card terminals have a slot in the front where you will insert and leave your card while your transaction processes. Reminder…don’t forget to remove your card when prompted.
How will it work?
- Insert your card into the bottom of the terminal
- Leave your card in the terminal while your transaction processes
- The terminal will prompt you to either enter a PIN or sign to validate your identity
- Remove your card when transaction is finished
If you swipe your chip card at a chip-enabled terminal, the terminal will prompt you to insert the card if it’s capable of supporting a chip transaction.
If the terminal is not chip-enabled, you will swipe your card as you have always done.
Will I be able to use my chip card when traveling outside of the United States?
Yes. The Chip Card will make traveling easier and more convenient with its wide acceptance. The chip technology is the preferred method due to enhanced security of your transaction and the sensitive information contained on the card. If the merchant does not accept the chip card, you can still use the card with the magnetic stripe. Customers traveling overseas should be encouraged to use the chip & pin enabled card and transactions.
Will EMV technology prevent data breaches from occuring?
This technology will make it much harder for criminals to steal from cardholders, but it will not completely stop data breaches from occurring.
